The application of logistics is very important to manage the supply chain, and the enterprise needs an efficient logistic to ensure to possess the resource which has competency in the market. International logistics is a set of approaches utilized to efficiently integrate suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, and stores so that merchandise is produced and distributed at the right quantities, to the right locations, and at the right time, in order to minimize system-wide costs while satisfying service level requirements.
This course will introduce the knowledge of international project management, and learn time schedule planning and control, resource planning, budget planning and control, risk management, and project organization through teamwork.
Business intelligence has been regarded as an important technology to assist corporate managers in decision-making support and maintain corporate sustainable value. This course introduces the basic concepts and technologies of business intelligence trends, from the understanding and application of management needs and cutting-edge enterprise intelligence technology to further understand the process of converting data into knowledge and its value.
