Company visit for the course “Industry Tour” – Ever-Clear

On March 31st, Professor Giorgio Luigi Risso's Industry Tour class had the opportunity to visit Ever-Clear (萬年清) in Taichung, a Taiwanese company specializing in water purification and wastewater treatment. We were warmly welcomed by a university professor affiliated with the company, who explained its mission and operations. Ever-Clear is committed to addressing the global challenges of pollution and water scarcity through innovative technologies. The business students gained valuable insights into how a company specializing in environmental solutions operates, and we were able to connect the concepts learned in the classroom with practical applications. During the visit, we also had the opportunity to tour the Research Center and observe the water treatment process firsthand, learning how contaminated water is purified and made drinkable. The experience deepened understanding of sustainability and environmental responsibility in the business world and reminded us of the critical role innovation plays in addressing global environmental challenges.
