產業巡禮企業參訪-了解國內三大觀光工廠企業經營模式與行銷策略
「產業巡禮」為學程特色課程之一。課程於5/6前往台灣優格餅乾學院、味噌釀造文化館、阿聰師芋頭文化館等企業實際了解企業經營模式。在台灣優格餅乾學院,學生們深入了解到該企業如何經營產品研發、製造流程及行銷策略,更有機會實際操作並品嚐優質產品。接著,學生們前往味噌釀造文化館,了解傳統發酵技術及製程,並透過實際參與釀造過程,感受到文化傳承的重要性。最後,學生們參觀阿聰師芋頭文化館,聆聽該企業的經營哲學及市場策略,並體驗芋頭文化的多元面貌。透過企業實地參訪,BIBA學程學生們深刻了解到不同企業的經營模式與行銷策略,更能從中學習到實踐與創新的精神,進一步提升自身的專業素養與競爭力。
"Industry tour" is one of the feature courses of the BIBA program. Teacher and students went to Taiwan School of Cookie, Taiwan Miso Cultural Museum, Ah-Tsung-Shih Taro Cultural Museum to actually understand the business model on 5/6.In the Taiwan School of Cookie, the students have an in-depth understanding of how the company operates product development, manufacturing processes and marketing strategies, and have the opportunity to practice and taste high-quality products. Then, the students went to the Taiwan Miso Cultural Museum to learn about traditional fermentation techniques and processes, and through actual participation in the brewing process, they felt the importance of cultural heritage. In the end, the students visited the A Ah-Tsung-Shih Taro Cultural Museum, listened to the business philosophy and marketing strategies of the company, and experienced the diverse aspects of the taro culture.Through on-site visits to companies, BIBA program students have a deep understanding of the business models and marketing strategies of different companies. Students can learn the spirit of practice and innovation from them, and further enhance their professionalism and competitiveness.
