BIBA學程於11月23日辦理美國San Francisco State University碩士雙聯學位申請說明會，邀請SFSU國際招生主任Alexander Chang來進行分享。說明會中說明了舊金山州立大學的申請時程、準備文件、獎學金及住宿等事項，同時介紹了大學所在城市舊金山的生活資訊。SF State University主校區就位於金融科技區域的市中心位置。對於想要從事金融科技相關產業的同學可以獲得最新的知識及訊息。同時校園旁即有公共交通系統，20分鐘車程可到達市中心，生活機能相當完善。相信學生們在座談會中都了解到很多舊金山州立大學的訊息，也對於明年申請出國研修更有想法與信心。

美國San Francisco State University是BIBA在美國的重要合作夥伴學校，2023年有6位大四學生前往該校就讀3+1+1 MBA碩士學位。近年來獲得許多國際評鑑獎項。根據2024 NICHE 評鑑，SFSU獲得美國最自由大學第37名；同時根據U.S. News & World Report最佳大學名單，SFSU獲得社會移動力表現第8名、最佳公立大學第96名、國立大學第178名的殊榮。

BIBA Program held a dual master's degree application briefing of San Francisco State University in the United States on the November 23. We invited SF State University Director of International Recruitment Alexander Chang to share the information session about application process, preparation documents, scholarships, accommodation and other matters, and also introduced life information in San Francisco, the city where the university is located. The main campus of SF State University is located in the city center of the financial technology area. Students who want to engage in financial technology-related industries can get the latest knowledge and information. At the same time, there is a public transportation system next to the campus. You can reach the city center in 20 minutes by train, and the living functions are quite complete.
