國企BIBA學程 11/30（三）邀請中華凸版電子公司人力資源處遲守國前處長到校演講，與學生分享企業社會責任對人力資源管理的影響。演講中遲守國前處長談到企業社會責任 (Corporate Social Responsibility, CSR) 所展現的價值，以及CSR如何對企業人力資源管理產生正向的助益，提高企業整體績效表現。經過本次演講，學生更清楚了解CSR的效益不能只是單純從收益來衡量。企業除了重視環境保護方面的議題外，更應該著重於建立並認同組織文化，進而體現企業組織的價值。
BIBA invited Director Charles Shih, former director of the human resources department of Toppan Chunghwa Electronics Co., Ltd., to give out a speech about the impact of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on Human Resource Management. During the speech, Director Shih talked about the value of CSR and how CSR can positively benefit the human resource management of enterprises and improve the overall performance of enterprises. After this speech, students have a clearer understanding that the benefits of CSR cannot be measured simply by revenue. In addition to paying attention to environmental protection issues, enterprises should also focus on establishing and recognizing organizational culture to reflect the value of the enterprise organization.
