《國際企業概論》企業參訪：台積電

李月仙老師所指導的國際企業概論課程，於2024年12月18日帶領同學們到台積電參訪。 

台積電，全名「台灣積體電路製造公司（Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Limited, TSMC），為臺灣從事晶圓代工的公司。2024年8月，其營收規模在美國雜誌《財星Fortune 》「全球最大500家公司」排行榜中名列全球第186名。總部位於臺灣新竹科學園區，此次參訪地點是台積電位於中部科學園區的台中園區。 

藉由實際到企業參觀，跳脫傳統教學模式，學生能夠更深入了解行業運作，接觸到實際的職場環境。不僅能提升學生的實務能力，還能激發他們對未來職涯的思考與規劃。透過與企業專業人士的交流，學生能獲得寶貴的經驗與見解，進一步拓展職場視野，為未來的就業競爭力做好準備。 

The "Introduction to International Business" course, taught by Professor Joy Yueh-Shian Lee, took students on a visit to TSMC on December 18, 2024. 

"Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Limited, TSMC)" is a Taiwanese company engaged in wafer foundry services. In August 2024, its revenue ranked 186th on the "Global 500" list of the world's largest companies by Fortune magazine. The company is headquartered in the Hsinchu Science Park in Taiwan, and the visit took place at TSMC's Taichung site in the Central Taiwan Science Park. 

By visiting the company in person, breaking with traditional teaching methods, students were able to gain a deeper understanding of industry operations and experience the actual work environment. This not only enhances their practical skills but also stimulates their thinking and planning for future careers. Through interactions with industry professionals, students gained valuable insights and experiences, further expanding their perspectives on the workplace and preparing themselves for future job market competitiveness.
