科技管理企業參訪-了解科技產業智慧製造模式與經營策略

「科技管理」為學程深碗課程之一。課程安排師生於5/9前往上銀科技股份有限公司實際了解科技產業的智慧製造模式與經營策略。首先，學生們參觀了以SDGs永續發展為目標的各項智慧製造措施，了解到該企業如何經營產品研發、製造流程及品質驗證，更有機會實際認識智慧製造的思惟。公司講座更分享了公司的發展歷史、企業文化以及未來的發展願景。

透過企業實地參訪，BIBA學程學生們深刻了解到工業4.0的智慧製造過程，更能從中學習到實踐與創新的精神，進一步提升自身的專業素養與競爭力。

”Technology Management“ is an important Deep-bowl Course offered by BIBA. The course arranged for teachers and students to go to HIWIN Technologies CORP. on May 9 to learn the smart manufacturing model and business strategies of the technology industry. First of all, the students visited various smart manufacturing measures aimed at the sustainable development of SDGs, learned how the company operates product research and development, manufacturing processes and quality verification. Students also had the opportunity to understand the thinking of smart manufacturing. The company lecture also shared the company‘s development history, corporate culture and future development vision.

Through company visit to companies, BIBA students have a deep understanding of the smart manufacturing process of Industry 4.0, and can learn the spirit of practice and innovation from it. This visit can further improve their professional quality and competitiveness.
