BIBA學程於11月22日辦理法國Excelia Business school學碩士雙聯學位申請說明會，邀請國際關係專員Mélissa GUICHARD來進行分享。說明會中說明了Excelia Business school的申請時程、準備文件、獎學金及住宿等事項，同時介紹了大學所在城市拉羅謝爾的生活資訊。Excelia Group是一間位在法西部靠海城市拉羅謝爾的大型私立高等教育學院，原名拉羅謝爾商學院，拉羅謝爾市被譽為擁有法國最美的海景的城市，每年吸引不少學生及遊客前往。

因為Excelia Business school是BIBA學程少數學費互免及雙向學生交流的學校，Excelia Business school是BIBA的雙聯重點合作學校之一，近四年皆有優秀的艾克西亞商學院學生到BIBA學程研修一年，同時每年BIBA同學也很踴躍申請該校3+2碩士學位學程。艾克西亞商學院也獲得AACSB, EPAS, FLE Qualité, TedQual 等國際認證 (旅遊課程是法國第一個也是唯一一個獲得聯合國世界旅遊組織TedQual國際認證的課程)，並且從2013起被列為世界前5%精英商校之一。同時也通過了ISO9001認證並且被授予“法國最佳商校”的稱號。
